The National Society of Leadership and Success

The National Society of Leadership and Success is the nation’s largest honor society. Top students are nominated by their colleges and come together to identify and achieve their goals. There is a total of 870,602 members at 598 colleges nationwide. Membership is for life and includes access to benefits including scholarships and awards, exclusive on-campus events, employer recruitment through an online job bank, and discounts on textbooks, computers, grad school prep courses, insurance and much more.

Public Relations Student Society of America

The Public Relations Student Society of America was founded in 1967 and is the foremost organization for students interested in public relations and communications. They advocate rigorous academic standards for public relations education with the highest ethical principles and diversity in the profession. They are made up of more than 10,000 students and advisers organized into 300 plus chapters in the United States, Argentina, Columbia and Peru.

Gamma Beta Phi

Gamma Beta Phi Society is a national honors and service society that started in 1964. They aim to broaden members’ academic and philanthropic lives so once they graduate, they are ready to make a difference in the world. Gamma Beta Phi has chapters at community colleges, liberal arts institutions and private/public research institutions across the United States.

The BIG Event

The BIG Event is a one-day, student led service project sponsored by Auburn University’s Office of Student Involvement. Since it began in 2003, the program has served as an opportunity for Auburn University students to give back to the Auburn and Opelika communities by performing basic community service tasks for households, businesses, churches and organizations as a way of saying thank you for making Auburn a great community to live in.
